Our commitment
GiftRoam is designed to be usable by everyone. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA across the website and checkout.
What's built in
Full keyboard navigation with visible focus, a skip-to-content link, semantic headings and labeled forms, alternative text on meaningful images, color contrast checked against AA, and animations that respect your system's reduced-motion setting.
Accessibility menu
The round button at the bottom-right of every page opens an accessibility menu: larger text, high contrast, underlined links, stopping animations and an enhanced focus outline. Your settings are remembered on this device.
Assistants and tracking orders
Every action available in the AI-assistant channel is equally available on the website, and order tracking requires only the order token — no account.
Known limitations
Some product photos come from local partners and may have generic descriptions. We are working through them.
